Cloud Storage Price Calculator
Estimate and compare monthly object-storage costs across Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, Cloudflare R2, Google Cloud and Azure. Enter how much you store and download, and see who is cheapest.
| Provider | Storage | Egress | / month | / year |
|---|
Estimates only. List prices for US regions as of June 2026, storage at the standard / hot tier. Egress is the per-GB internet download rate; free-egress providers are shown as $0. This calculator ignores API request charges, minimum-retention policies, and free tiers, so treat it as a ballpark. Always confirm current pricing on each provider's official page before deciding.
Provider notes
- Wasabi & Cloudflare R2 advertise no egress fees, which is why their download cost shows as $0 - but Wasabi has a minimum storage duration and a minimum monthly charge.
- Backblaze B2 is among the cheapest for storage and has low egress (with a generous free allowance relative to stored data).
- Amazon S3, Google Cloud and Azure have higher egress rates and tiered pricing; real bills depend heavily on download volume and request counts.
How FTPie fits
FTPie is a Windows file manager for your storage. It connects today to FTP/SFTP/WebDAV, NAS and the major consumer clouds - see all integrations. Amazon S3 and S3-compatible object storage (like Backblaze B2) are on the roadmap, not yet shipped.
