Yes. Subscriptions can be changed at any time from manage subscription — switch between monthly and yearly, upgrade Pro to Max when Max launches, or cancel. If you bought a lifetime license and want to upgrade tier, contact us and we'll credit what you've already paid.
You keep Pro features through the end of your current billing period, then drop down to the Free tier — you don't lose your data, your servers, or your settings. Your existing transfers, backups, and configurations stay intact; only the Pro-only features stop working until you resubscribe.
Within 30 days of purchase, submit a refund request — we process it within 1–2 business days, no questions asked. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
