Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026

At FTPie ("we", "us", or "our"), we prioritize your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website https://ftpie.com and our services.

By using our website or services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to our users:

Personal Information

  • Name and contact details
  • Account registration information
  • Payment and billing details

Technical Data

  • IP addresses
  • Browser type and version
  • Usage data and analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our service
To improve user experience
To process transactions
To communicate with users
To prevent fraud and abuse
For compliance with legal obligations

3. Analytics, Security and Support

Umami Analytics (self-hosted)

We use Umami to understand which pages people find useful. We run it on our own server rather than sending your visit to a third-party analytics company, so this data stays with us.

  • No cookies. Umami sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, which is why this site shows no cookie banner - there is no tracking consent to ask for.
  • No profiles, no cross-site tracking. It records the page visited, the referring link, and coarse details such as browser, device type, screen size and country. Your IP address is used only to work out the country and a short-lived anonymous visit identifier - it is not stored, and you cannot be identified or followed across other websites.
  • Never shared. This data is not sold, rented, shared with, or fed into any other tool, advertiser or analytics network.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and abuse. This service may process your IP address but does not use cookies. Learn more at Cloudflare's Turnstile page.

Chatwoot Live Chat

We use Chatwoot to run the live chat widget on this site. If you open the chat, Chatwoot stores the messages you send, any name or email address you choose to give us, and technical details such as your IP address, browser and the page you started the conversation from. It also sets a cookie and browser storage entries so the same conversation can be continued on your next visit. The widget only loads the chat; nothing is sent to Chatwoot unless you open it and write to us. Learn more at Chatwoot's privacy policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
