New: ten themes, and one place to pick them

•Eight new themes, alongside the original Dark and Light. Five dark - Nocturne (cool blue-black), Ember (warm, coffee-toned), Obsidian (near-black, high contrast) and Pine (deep forest green-black) - and four light: Mist, Parchment, Daylight and Sage
•Themes switch themselves between day and night if you want them to - pick one for daytime, one for evening, and set the hours
•One swatch picker, in Settings. There used to be two different theme controls in two places that did not agree with each other
•Dark and Light were rebuilt too, not just added to. Both had drifted: surfaces that were meant to be distinct steps had collapsed onto nearly the same colour, so panels, rows and selection states blended together. Every theme now moves in even steps from background to foreground, and each one carries a single accent colour used consistently for selection and controls

•Dragging a folder from your PC onto a cloud storage deleted the local original. The drop was treated as a move rather than a copy, so the files were uploaded and then removed from your PC, with nothing asked and nothing to undo. A cross-storage drag now copies
•A Move between storages could delete the source after failing to copy it. If a folder could not be created at the destination, its contents were never transferred - but the source was still removed afterwards. FTPie now refuses to delete anything that did not fully arrive

•Your trial now shows its own countdown in the window chrome, and gets gently more prominent as it runs down rather than shouting from day one. A paid licence shows nothing at all - the quiet state is the point
•New installs simply get the trial. The old flow put free-or-trial-or-key in front of you before you had seen FTPie do anything - and because a fresh profile defaults to Free, most new installs were never offered the trial at all
•You can extend your trial by 14 days. If 30 days were not enough, ask for an extension from the licence screen - a code arrives by email, and entering it re-signs the trial for another two weeks. Once per installation
•The countdown is correct across midnight and across time zones. The day count and the expiry check used to be measured differently, so east of Greenwich a finished trial went on reporting itself alive for a few hours, and a session left running overnight kept offering yesterday
•Activation is tied to your machine more reliably, so a licence stays put instead of occasionally needing re-entering

•Every tab you closed leaked about 3 MB. Open and close tabs all day and FTPie kept climbing, because closed tabs were never actually released - and each one left a timer ticking behind it. Three separate causes, all fixed; memory is now flat over repeated open-and-close cycles

•Around 1,900 new or corrected translations across all 20 languages. This release closed most of the remaining English that survived a language switch
•The built-in PDF viewer was English in every language - every button and label in it. Now translated
•Text that only translated on restart now updates the moment you switch language - the Activity page filters, the Screenshot Tool settings drop-downs, and the "Local PC" storage name, which kept its old label until FTPie was restarted
•Smaller ones: the word at stayed English inside two scheduling wizards, the command-line tool printed a raw internal name for the Local PC storage, and a handful of labels were still written into the interface in English rather than translated

•A copied file could only be pasted once. The second paste did nothing - the clipboard was cleared by the first one
•New folder and Rename accepted names Windows will not store, so the failure arrived later as an error from the storage instead of straight away in the dialog
•Opening a document for editing showed a sign-in wall with no explanation. It now says what it needs and why
•Error messages now say which part of FTPie they came from, which makes a report far easier to act on
•The Encrypt and Compress dialogs behaved differently from each other in two small ways; they now match

•"Skip files that haven't changed" has been removed. It could never skip anything - the check it relied on compared each file against nothing, so every run transferred everything regardless of the setting. Rather than leave a switch that did not work, it is gone until it can be done properly. Your transfers behave exactly as they did; only the misleading option has been taken away.
